Data Deletion Request

At Travia: Smart Travel & Courier, we respect your right to privacy and provide you the option to request deletion of your personal data from our systems.

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please submit your request below.


What Happens When You Request Data Deletion?

  • Your profile, ride history, courier details, reviews, and personal data will be deleted.
  • Some information may be retained if required by law (e.g., payment or tax records).
  • Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

Submit a Request

Option 1: In-App

  1. Open the Travia app.
  2. Go to Profile > Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data.
  3. Confirm your request.

Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to Team@traviaconnect.com with the subject line:
“Request for Data Deletion – Travia App”

Please include the following in your email:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number / Email ID
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Processing Time

  • Your request will be verified and processed within 7 working days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

✅ If you just want to pause or deactivate your account instead of permanent deletion, you can do so under Account Settings.
